ORDINARY SHAREHOLDERS' MEETING APRIL 29, 2024

Florence, April 5, 2024 - Toscana Aeroporti S.p.A. informs that the Annual Financial Statements at December 31, 2023 - including the Draft Statutory Balance Sheet, the Consolidated Balance Sheet, the Director's Report on Operations and the attestations pursuant to art. 154-bis of Legislative Decree no. 58/1998 ("TUF"), together with the Independent Auditors' Reports and the Statutory Auditors' Report are available to the public at the at the registered office of the Company, in the 1INFO authorised storage system (www.1info.it) and on the company's website, www.toscana-aeroporti.com,(section "Investor Relations/ Corporate Governance/ Shareholders' Meetings").

Toscana Aeroporti also inform that Report on Corporate Governance and Ownership Structure pursuant to art. 123-bis of the TUF, the Report on Remuneration pursuant to art. 123-ter of the TUF and the Consolidated non- financial statement pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 254/16 are also available to the public in the manner describe above.
