SHAREHOLDERS' MEETING CALLED ON APRIL 29, 2024

Florence, April 12, 2024 - With reference to the Ordinary Shareholders' Meeting of Toscana Aeroporti S.p.A., called for April 29, 2024 (single call), this is to announce that the updated version of the Explanatory Report by the Directors on item 5 of the agenda concerning the motion to redefine the remuneration of the Board of Statutory Auditors was filed today with the Company's registered offices, through the authorized storage mechanism 1INFO (www.1info.it) and on the Company's website www.toscana-aeroporti.com, section "Investor Relations/Corporate Governance/Shareholders Meetings".
