TOTVS S.A. reported parent and consolidated earnings results for the third quarter and nine months ended September 30, 2019. For the quarter, the parent company reported software revenue of BRL 412.2 million compared to BRL 387.1 million a year ago. Net income for the period was BRL 87.3 million or BRL 0.4564 per basic share and BRL 0.4520 per diluted share compared to BRL 36.0 million or BRL 0.2258 per basic share and BRL 0.2239 per diluted share a year ago.
For the nine months, the parent company reported software revenue of BRL 1,217.0 million compared to BRL 1,171.3 million a year ago. Net income for the period was BRL 156.4 million or BRL 1.0605 per basic share and BRL 1.0514 per diluted share compared to BRL 101.3 million or BRL 0.6273 per basic share and BRL 0.6223 per diluted share a year ago.
For the quarter, the consolidated company reported software revenue of BRL 575.2 million compared to BRL 535.2 million a year ago. Net income for the period was BRL 87.5 million or BRL 0.4564 per basic share and BRL 0.4520 per diluted share compared to BRL 36.7 million or BRL 0.2258 per basic share and BRL 0.2239 per diluted share a year ago.
For the nine months, the consolidated company reported software revenue of BRL 1,702.8 million compared to BRL 1,572.4 million a year ago. Net income for the period was BRL 156.7 million or BRL 1.0605 per basic share and BRL 1.0514 per diluted share compared to BRL 102.4 million or BRL 0.6273 per basic share and BRL 0.6223 per diluted share a year ago.
