(B3: TOTS3) informs its shareholders and the market in general the publication, on this date, of the Integrated Report 2017, a Company's voluntary initiative to promote in a structured manner the process of generating value over time, considering the commitment to promote respect and transparency in the relationship with its stakeholders.
The document was prepared in accordance with the guidelines of Integrated Reporting proposed by the International Integrated Reporting Council (IIRC) and aims to offer a holistic view of Company's strategy and business model, promoting a more comprehensive approach to its value generation process and the economic, social, environmental and governance impact of its management practices.
