Tourn International AB cancelled the acquisition of Camit Communication AB from Vanessa Behnam, Hanni Askebris and Rebecca Stella AB.

Tourn International AB (publ) (XSAT:TOURN) entered into an agreement to acquire Camit Communication AB from Vanessa Behnam, Hanni Askebris and Rebecca Stella AB for SEK 1 million on March 24, 2016. The consideration is paid in cash. The transaction is expected to close on April 1, 2016.
