Toyo Suisan Kaisha, Ltd. provided consolidated earnings guidance for the half Year and full year Ending March 31, 2022. For the half year, the company expects net sales of JPY 171,500 million. Operating profit is expected to be JPY 15,000 million. Profit attributable to owners of parent is expected to be JPY 11,500 million. Basic earnings per share is expected to be JPY 112.60.
For the full year, the company expects net sales of JPY 353,500 million. Operating profit is expected to be JPY 33,500 million. Profit attributable to owners of parent is expected to be JPY 26,000 million. Basic earnings per share is expected to be JPY 254.58.
Toyo Suisan Kaisha Ltd is a Japan-based food manufacturing company. The Company operates through six business segments. The Seafood segment is engaged in the purchase, processing and sale of seafoods in domestic and overseas markets. The Overseas Instant Noodles segment provides cup and bag noodles mainly in the United States and Mexico. The Domestic Instant Noodles segment provides cup and bag noodles in Japan.
