Oil exports via Russia's Transneft pipelines down by 4-5% in 2023 - CEO

MOSCOW, Dec 20 (Reuters) - The total volume of oil exports through Russia's state-owned Transneft pipelines has fallen by 4-5% in 2023, Nikolai Tokarev, CEO of Transneft, said in an interview with TV channel Rossiya-24 on Wednesday. (Reporting by Vladimir Soldatkin)
