2Q22 OPERATIONAL RESULTS - PREVIEW

São Paulo, July 18, 2022 - TRISUL S.A. (B3: TRIS3), announces its 2Q22 operational results preview. The results presented hereby were not subject to review by external auditors.

HIGHLIGHTS

Gross Sales % Trisul totaled R$ 212 million in the 2Q22, an increase of 46% compared to the previous quarter. In its turn, Net Sales % Trisul totaled R$ 193 million in the quarter, an increase of 61% compared to the 1Q22.

Deliveries % Trisul totaled R$ 420 million in the 2Q22, with the delivery of two projects: Sonare Alto de Pinheiros and Oscar Ibirapuera, in 116 units. In the accumulated of the year, Deliveries % Trisul totaled R$ 590 million, with the delivery of five projects, in 487 units.

Launches % Trisul totaled R$ 383 million in the quarter.

Landbank at the end of June totaled R$ 4.6 billion.
