Trojan Gold Inc. is a Canada-based junior exploration company. The Company is engaged in the acquisition and exploration of mineral resource properties in Canada and the Dominican Republic. Its properties include Watershed Property and Hemlo South Property. It has a 50% joint-venture interest in the Hemlo South property with Tashota Resources, a related company. It operates a 4,428-acre property, which consists of eight mining claims and a total of 89 claim units. The Hemlo South property is located 35 kilometers (km) east of the town of Marathon, Ontario and 350 km east of Thunder Bay, Ontario. It has produced more than 21 million ounces of gold. The Company holds a 100% interest in 111 mining claims comprising the Watershed property. The property is located 100 kilometers west of the city of Thunder Bay, situated in the Shebandowan Greenstone Belt. The Watershed property is adjacent to the Moss Lake exploration property. The Watershed Property is also adjacent to the Larose Property.
