UBIS (Asia) Public Company Limited announced resignation of Mr. Pruetthipong Tharaphimaan from his position as Managing Director and Authorized Director, due to other urgent business. The Board of Directors Meeting No. 4/2023, held on May 11, 2023 has acknowledged such resignation, which shall be effective on May 31, 2023.
