On June 7, 2021, UDR, Inc., a Maryland corporation (the "Company"), issued a press release regarding the increases in its full-year 2021 guidance ranges and the publishing of an updated investor presentation. The investor presentation is attached as Exhibits 99.2 and 99.3 to this report and will be made available to investors beginning June 7, 2021.
