ULURU.CO.,LTD. announced consolidated and non-consolidated earnings results for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2021. For the period, on consolidated basis, Net Sales were JPY 3,219 million compared to JPY 2,480 million a year ago. Operating profit was JPY 135 million compared to loss of JPY 189 million a year ago. Profit was JPY 42 million compared to loss of JPY 207 million a year ago. Net income per share was JPY 12.33 compared to net loss per share of JPY 61.48 a year ago. Diluted net income per share was JPY 12.21.
For the period, on non-consolidated basis, Net Sales were JPY 2,222 million compared to JPY 1,638 million a year ago. Operating profit was JPY 70 million compared to loss of JPY 219 million a year ago. Profit was JPY 23 million compared to loss of JPY 225 million a year ago. Net income per share was JPY 6.75 compared to net loss per share of JPY 66.79 a year ago. Diluted net income per share was JPY 6.68.
