Organizational information in connection with the 25th Annual General Meeting of

UNIQA Insurance Group AG on 03 June 2024

Location: The 25th Annual General Meeting of UNIQA Insurance Group AG will take place as an on-site meeting with physical presence of shareholders at the UNIQA Tower, Platinum hall, ground floor, Untere Donaustrasse 21, 1029 Vienna.

Documents: For reasons of sustainability, shareholders will not receive all documents in printed form, but only the agenda. The documents are available free of charge at company's premises. The Annual Financial Report in printed form will be made available to shareholders in the Annual General Meeting upon request.

Admission: Admission to the venue and the issue of voting cards will be possible from 8:30 am.

Beginning: The Annual General Meeting will start at 10.00 am.

Break: There will be a short 15-minute break after shareholders' questions.

Duration: The Annual General Meeting lasts until approx. 3.30 - 4.00 p.m.

Catering: Before the Annual General Meeting begins, shareholders will be offered snacks and drinks at the foyer. After the end of the Annual General Meeting, a small buffet will be available to the shareholders at the gallery of Platinum hall.

Cloak Room: In the entrance area, a cloakroom is available free of charge. Use of the cloakroom is at the user's own risk.

Parking: As UNIQA attributes great importance to sustainability and environmental protection, we would like to motivate our shareholders to use public transport. We therefore offer our shareholders two tickets for public transport in Vienna for the journey to and from the event. For this reason, we will not cover the costs of parking this year. The tickets for public transport will be handed out to the shareholders upon their request together with the voting cards.
