General Announcement::Changes to Board and Board Committees

CHANGES TO BOARD AND BOARD COMMITTEES

Singapore, 18 August 2021 - United Overseas Insurance Limited wishes to announce the following:

1. Retirement of Director
   Mr Yang Soo Suan, a director and member of the Audit, Remuneration and Nominating Committees, will retire on 1 September 2021 to facilitate renewal of the Board.
2. Changes to Board Committees
   Mr Chng Hwee Hong, an independent director, will be appointed as a member of the Nominating Committee with effect from 1 September 2021.
   When the above changes take effect, the composition of the Audit, Remuneration and Nominating Committees will be as follows:
