Green Tech Ventures Public Company Limited Announces the Appointment of Mathee Pinyochotiwong as Member of Audit Committee

The Board of Directors meeting of Green Tech Ventures Public Company Limited No.9/2023, dated November 10, 2023 had the resolution of the appointment of Mr. Mathee Pinyochotiwong as the Audit Committee as follows: Current position: Director and the audit committee. New position: Director, independent director and the audit committee. The change will be effective on 10 November, 2023.

The audit committee is consisted of: Mr. Thawom Pompanussri, Chairman of the Audit Committee; Gen. Supamanat Parapob, Member of the Audit Committee; Mathee Pinyochotiwong, Member of the Audit Committee. Secretary of the Audit Committee: Mrs. Krittanant Sungthong.
