As United Power of Asia Public Company Limited ("Company") had received capital increase from selling new ordinary shares as follows:

1. Offered new ordinary shares to existing shareholders at a total of 3,460,342,750 shares with par value of 0.50 Baht per share. The offered price was 0.15 Baht per share added up to a total amount of 519,051,412.50 Baht being offered during 8th - 15th October 2020.
2. Offered new ordinary shares to existing shareholders at a total of 2,999,999,996 shares with par value of 0.50 Baht per share. The offered price was 0.30 Baht per share added up to a total amount of 899,999,998.80 Baht being offered during 17th - 21st January 2022 and offered new ordinary shares to existing shareholders at a total of 440,440 shares with par value of 0.50 Baht per share. The offered price was 0.50 Baht per share added up to a total amount of 220,220.00 Baht being offered during 24th - 30th March 2022

The Company would like to report the net use of proceeds from the share capital increase at a total amount of 5.07 million baht as of 30th June 2022 as follows:

million Baht. The total of 0.19 million Baht were used for operating expenses for
200 MW power plant at The Republic of the Union of Myanmar.
