UVAT Technology Co., Ltd. announced earnings results for the first quarter ended March 31, 2020. For the first quarter, the company announced sales was TWD 92.250 million compared to TWD 154.118 million a year ago. Operating loss was TWD 3.841 million compared to TWD 94,000 a year ago. Net loss was TWD 3.169 million compared to net income of TWD 3.207 million a year ago. Basic loss per share was TWD 0.08 compared to basic earnings per share of TWD 0.08 a year ago. Diluted eps was TWD 0 compared to TWD 0.08 a year ago.
UVAT Technology Co., Ltd. is mainly engaged in the provision of coating original equipment manufacturing (OEM) services and the manufacture and sale of vacuum sputtering equipment. The Company's coating OEM services include the surface coating processing of consumer electronics, anti-electro-magnetic interference (EMI) coating processing, various of optical coating services, non conductive vacuum metallization (NCVM) and high- and low-temperature indium tin oxide (ITO) coating services, among others. Its vacuum sputtering equipment includes in-line continuous sputters, plasma surface treatment machines, solar equipment, touch panel coating equipment and other types of coating equipment, among others. The Company distributes its products in domestic markets and to overseas markets.
