As part of its 'New Vallourec' plan, the Group has developed a three-region organization (North America, South America, Eastern Hemisphere) with the aim of simplifying and optimizing operations.

The aim of this new organization is to make the Group more efficient and agile, closer to its customers, and to enable it to increase its industrial performance, thanks in particular to two export bases, Brazil and Asia," says management.

Laurent Dubedout is appointed Senior Vice-President, Business Line OCTG, Services & Accessories, Group & Eastern Hemisphere, and joins the Executive Committee.

Jacky Massaglia is appointed Senior Vice-President, Business Line Project Line Pipe and Process, and joins the Executive Committee.

Philippe Carlier, previously SVP Technology and Industry, becomes SVP Group Industry and Eastern Hemisphere, retaining his seat on the Executive Committee.

Hubert Paris, SVP Europe/Africa, Didier Hornet, SVP Development and Innovation, and Pascal Braquehais, SVP Middle East/Asia, are leaving their positions and the Executive Committee.

Vallourec's Executive Committee will have eleven members, headed by Philippe Guillemot, Chairman and CEO.
