Value Convergence Holdings Limited (SEHK:821) entered into Sale and Purchase Agreement to acquire 24% stake in Zhanhua Jiutai Gas Inc. from Beijing Zhonglu Longxiang Investment Co., Ltd. for HKD 30 million on February 22, 2024. The Consideration will be settled by the issue of convertible bonds. The transaction is subject to due diligence review by Value Convergence Holdings and is expected to close on June 28, 2024.
