Through its wholly owned subsidiary, Simple Cork, Inc., www.simplecork.com, the Company has developed a new multi-nationally patented combination wine bottle cork/opener. Its products are sold under the Vapor Group, Total Vapor, Vapor 123 and Vapor Products brands. It also intends to acquire and develop a portfolio of proprietary products and services to market, license and sell globally.
