When signing the agreement to sell the group's property development business,Veidekke announced that, following completion of the transaction, the group's board of directors would propose the payment of an extraordinary dividend ofNOK 20 per share. The divestment of the property development business was completed 1 September. The payment of an extraordinary dividend is to be considered at an extraordinary general meeting. The board plans to hold the extraordinary general meeting on3 December 2020 . Notice of the extraordinary general meeting will be given concurrently with the publication ofVeidekke's results for the third quarter 2020 on 12 November.
