DeepVerge appoints former Venture Life Chief Financial Officer as CFO

(Alliance News) - DeepVerge PLC on Tuesday said it appointed Andrew Waters as chief financial officer, replacing Camillus Glover, effective immediately.

DeepVerge is a Dublin-based environmental and life science group.

Waters is the former CFO of Berkshire, England-based self-care product manufacturer and distributor Venture Life Group PLC, serving in the role from May 2019 to June 2022.

DeepVerge shares rose 8.2% to 1.89 pence each on Tuesday morning in London.

Venture Life Group PLC is a United Kingdom-based consumer self-care company. The principal activities of the Company are the development, manufacturing, and commercialization of healthcare products, including medical devices, food supplements and cosmetics for the ageing population. The Company's product portfolio includes products, such as the UltraDEX and Dentyl oral care product ranges; the Balance Activ range in the area of women's intimate healthcare; the Lift Glucose and Glucogel product ranges for hypoglycaemia; Gelclair, Xonrid, and Pomi-T for oncology support products provide symptomatic relief for some of the side effects associated with cancer and its treatment; the Procto-eze Plus product ranges for hemorrhoids, and other Dermatology products.
