Verde AgriTech Ltd. announced that its second production plant ("Plant 2") has achieved its nameplate production capacity of 1.2 million tonnes per year ("Mtpy") of Verde's multinutrient potassium product, K Forte®, sold internationally as Super Greensand® (the 1 "Product"). Plant 2 was commissioned on August 31, 2022, and the production facility is now undergoing expansion to achieve 2.4Mtpy of capacity. Verde's Plant 1 operates at a capacity of 0.6Mtpy.

With Plant 2's additional capacity of 1.2Mtpy, Verde's production capacity is now 1.8Mtpy. When Plant 2 achieves its total capacity of 2.4Mtpy, expected by late Fourth Quarter 2022, Verde's overall production capacity is projected to be 3Mtpy. Alongside the manufacturing of Verde's Product, Plant 2 will apply proprietary technologies developed by the Company: Cambridge Tech: developed in partnership with the University of Cambridge, uses mechanical activation to alter the structure of Glauconitic Siltstone, ensuring that potassium and other nutrients are progressively made available to plants; and Bio Revolution: technology that enables the incorporation of microorganisms to mineral fertilizers.

Verde's Product is the world's first fertilizer to use Bio Revolution technology. At Plant 1, in addition to the Cambridge Tech, and Bio Revolution, it also deploys the following proprietary technologies: 3D Alliance: a technology that transforms the three-dimensional structure of the raw materials added to a fertilizer, creating a homogenous combination of nutrients that are more evenly distributed in the soil; MicroS Technology: is an elemental sulfur micronisation process that results in a larger contact surface that facilitates the work of soil microorganisms and increases nutrient availability to plants; and N Keeper: a technology that alters the physical-chemical properties of Glauconitic Siltstone to enable ammonia retention for use as a calibrated additive in nitrogen fertilizers. Verde currently has one granted patent and 7 patents pending.
