Vianini renewed its board of directors

(Alliance News) - Vianini Spa let it be known that on Tuesday the shareholders' meeting appointed a new board of directors that will serve for the three-year period 2023 - 2025 and will consist of seven members.

Thus, the following were elected: Elena De Simone, Marco Longo, Massimiliano Capece Minutolo Del Sasso, Malwina Kozikowska, Luigi Rossetti, Cristina Sgubin, and Lupo Rattazzi. Directors Marco Longo, Luigi Rossetti, Cristina Sgubin, and Lupo Rattazzi declared that they meet the independence requirements.

The meeting also appointed the new board of auditors to serve for the three-year period 2023-2025.

Vianini closed 1.6 percent in the red at EUR1.25 per share.
