Interactive Media Holdings announced the creation of four new C-suite roles to support the company's evolution into a comprehensive provider of complete digital media solutions. Additions to the senior management team will enable the 15-year-old holding company -- whose brands include Vindico, Specific Media, Myspace and Xumo -- to focus on driving a holistic vision for its digital media properties and technologies. Jeff Collins joins IMH as chief revenue officer where he will be responsible for driving revenue-related initiatives across each of the IMH brands.

He previously spent 18 years at Time Warner where he most recently served as senior vice president of CNN's ad sales in the United States. In his leadership positions at Turner Broadcasting, Collins played a key role in the strategic positioning of CNN and HLN covering premium multiplatform content, digital solutions and integrated media solutions. Jon Schulz has been promoted to chief marketing officer and will be instrumental in positioning IMH and its brands at the forefront of marketing's shift and digital transformation.

In this role, Schulz will be responsible for leading brand and product marketing, as well as new business development and strategic partnerships. Schulz joined Specific Media in 2008 as the head of the company's Global Automotive business and led revenue growth of over 40% in that category, in his first year. Prior to joining Specific Media, Schulz led Ford Motor Company's digital strategy as head of digital marketing and CRM.

Jason Knapp has assumed the role of chief product officer where he will oversee all product-related initiatives, including conception, development, production, and product management. Knapp, formerly the executive vice president of product at Vindico, has spent more than two decades pursuing innovations in digital media. He most recently led the Vindico ad systems product and development team and sister company Xumo's Smart TV platform.

Linh Chung takes on the role of chief information officer after seven years as senior vice president of technical operations at Myspace. In that time he oversaw a production infrastructure of over 12,000 servers at the large social network of its time. Chung has a strong track record of leadership in the digital space combined with a great technical and business perspective.
