Vision Marine Technologies Inc. is a Canada-based marine technology company. It is focused on developing and commercializing electric propulsion solutions and related products for the recreational boating market. Its core technology is the E-Motion, a high-voltage electric outboard powertrain platform, which includes its flagship 180 HP E-Motion 180E system. It operates through two segments: electric propulsion and boat manufacturing, including ongoing development and commercialization of our E-Motion systems and electric boat models; and retail sales and services through Nautical Ventures, which provides a scaled distribution platform and recurring service revenue.
