Fundusz Nowych Technologii Enter Finto S.A. entered into a letter of intent to acquire 90% stake in CAC PV sp. z o.o. from Novavis Spólka Akcyjna (WSE:NVV) for PLN 0.03 million on May 22, 2020. As part of the agreement, Fundusz Nowych Technologii Enter Finto will acquire 0.027 million shares of CAC PV.
