After this transaction VST Building Technologies will hold 71.47% stake in Baupartner Premiumverbund. The transaction is subject to the approval of the insolvency authorities.

The Company has three operating segments: Composite Systems, Construction, and Factory Facilities, as well as the segment Holding and Other. The Composite Systems segment develops composite formwork systems for building construction and covers the complete range of services in engineering, production and delivery.
