Waseda Academy Co., Ltd. (TSE:4718) agreed to acquire Shugakusha Co. Ltd and Quard Enterprise, Ltd from Takashi Aoki and Rie Aoki on November 14, 2017. Under the terms, Waseda Academy will acquire 200 shares and 120 shares in Shugakusha and Quard Enterprise respectively. The transaction is resolved by the Board of Directors of Waseda Academy Co., Ltd. The transaction is expected to close on January 4, 2018.
