(KOSDAQ:A043590) announced a private placement of 2,857,142 shares of par value, KRW 500 at a price of KRW 700 per share for gross proceeds of KRW 1,999,999,400 on March 25, 2021. The transaction will involve participation from Pntd Corporation. The shares issued in the transaction will have a hold period of one year from the date of issuance. The company will issue shares through third-party allotment method. Post the closing, the total number of shares issued by the company will be 26,907,501 shares. The payment date is April 20, 2021. The transaction has been approved by the board of directors of the company. The expected date of issuance and listing of shares is April 30, 2021.
