WELLNEO SUGAR Co., Ltd. announces that its Board of Directors resolved at a meeting held on May 12, 2023, the following regarding payment of dividends from surplus (year -end dividend and commemorative dividend) with a record date of March 31, 2023. This matter will be presented for approval at the 12th Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders scheduled to be held on June 28, 2023. The company resolved to pay commemorative dividend of JPY 7 per share compared to the previous guidance of JPY 7.00 per share provided earlier.
Effective date: June 29, 2023. Source of dividends: Retained earnings.
