WELLNEO SUGAR Co., Ltd. announces that its Board of Directors resolved at a meeting held on May 12, 2023 the following regarding payment of dividends from surplus (year -end dividend and commemorative dividend) with a record date of March 31, 2023. This matter will be presented for approval at the 12th Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders scheduled to be held on June 28, 2023. The board of directors resolved to pay dividend of JPY 30 per share for the year ended March 31, 2023 unchanged to the previous guidance of JPY 30 per share provided earlier.
Effective date is June 29, 2023. Source of dividends: Retained earnings.

The Sugar and Other Foods segment is engaged in the manufacture and sale of sugar and the sale of sweeteners and other food products.
