Wendell Industrial Co. Ltd. announced earnings results for the full year ended December 31, 2020. For the full year, the company announced sales was TWD 1,464.275 million compared to TWD 1,295.917 million a year ago. Operating income was TWD 123.481 million compared to TWD 99.189 million a year ago. Net income was TWD 92.077 million compared to TWD 76.157 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share was TWD 4.32 compared to TWD 3.94 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share was TWD 4.31 compared to TWD 3.93 a year ago.
WENDELL INDUSTRIAL CO., LTD. is a Taiwan-based company mainly engaged in the sale of electronic components, and the provision of electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) and safety certification services. The Company is engaged in the provision of line protection products such as instantaneous suppression diodes, electrostatic protectors, semiconductor discharge tubes, resettable fuses and network transformers, as well as electromagnetic interference suppression products and modular integrated overvoltage protection products. The Company is also engaged in the provision of EMC verification, wireless radio frequency verification, safety certification and other verification services. The Company operates within the domestic market and to overseas markets, including China, South Korea, Singapore, Japan and others.
