Wendell Industrial Co., Ltd reported earnings results for the third quarter and nine months ended September 30, 2021. For the third quarter, the company reported sales was TWD 500.91 million compared to TWD 399.68 million a year ago. Net income was TWD 48.99 million compared to TWD 27.38 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was TWD 2.25 compared to TWD 1.26 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was TWD 2.25 compared to TWD 1.26 a year ago.
For the nine months, sales was TWD 1,418.13 million compared to TWD 1,091.74 million a year ago. Net income was TWD 146.75 million compared to TWD 67.89 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was TWD 6.75 compared to TWD 3.12 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was TWD 6.74 compared to TWD 3.12 a year ago.
WENDELL INDUSTRIAL CO., LTD. is a Taiwan-based company mainly engaged in the sale of electronic components, and the provision of electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) and safety certification services. The Company is engaged in the provision of line protection products such as instantaneous suppression diodes, electrostatic protectors, semiconductor discharge tubes, resettable fuses and network transformers, as well as electromagnetic interference suppression products and modular integrated overvoltage protection products. The Company is also engaged in the provision of EMC verification, wireless radio frequency verification, safety certification and other verification services. The Company operates within the domestic market and to overseas markets, including China, South Korea, Singapore, Japan and others.
