WHA Premium Growth Freehold and Leasehold Real Estate Investment Trust (the Trust) is a real estate investment trust. Its objective is to seek funds from investors, investing mostly in property or property leasehold rights and generating benefit from such properties including to improve, alter, develop or dispose other assets in which the Trust invests or possesses whatsoever lease, sub-lease or sale or other process for the benefit of the property and create the revenue and return to the Trust and the unitholders. This includes investment in other assets or other securities or seeking other interests by other means as stipulated in the securities laws or other relevant laws. It is focused on investing in industrial assets which range from distribution centers, warehouses, factories, immovable properties, and other equipment relating to investment properties. It is managed by WHA Real Estate Management Company Limited and Kasikorn Asset Management Company Limited acts as the Trustee.
