DX Hub inc. agreed to acquire Foreign Employment Management Support Service Business from Will Group, Inc. (TSE:6089) for ¥45 million on January 24, 2024. For period ended March 2023, Foreign Employment Management Support Service Business reported total revenue of ¥35 million. The transaction is expected to complete on March 1, 2024.
WILL GROUP, INC. is engaged in the human resource business focusing on temporary staffing, business contracting and recruitment business. Its Sales Outsourcing segment involves in the hybrid dispatch, general dispatch, and business contracting business, providing staff engaged in products sales, staff management, collection and report of sales information. Its Call Center Outsourcing segment involves in hybrid dispatch and general dispatch business, providing staff engaged in information providing and delivery, after services and claim handling to communication company. Its Factory Outsourcing segment involves in staff dispatch to companies in food, electrical equipment industries, among others. The Nursing Care Support segment provides nursing staff to companies operating nursing care facilities to provide stable operation of nursing care facilities. The Overseas HR segment develops human resources service business. Others segment involves in the general staff dispatch, among others.
