Winstek Semiconductor Co., Ltd. reported earnings results for the second quarter and six months ended June 30, 2023. For the second quarter, the company reported sales was TWD 900.62 million compared to TWD 1,115.41 million a year ago. Net income was TWD 259.73 million compared to TWD 313.2 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was TWD 1.91 compared to TWD 2.3 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was TWD 1.9 compared to TWD 2.28 a year ago.
For the six months, sales was TWD 1,758.42 million compared to TWD 2,086.79 million a year ago. Net income was TWD 439.41 million compared to TWD 540.99 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was TWD 3.22 compared to TWD 3.97 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was TWD 3.19 compared to TWD 3.92 a year ago.
Winstek Semiconductor Co Ltd, formerly STATS ChipPAC Taiwan Semiconductor Corp., is principally engaged in the provision of semiconductor testing services. The Company provides wafer testing services and IC testing services, including wafer sort and final test services. It also involves in information software services and manufacture of electronic components. The Companyâs services are used for testing of consumer/personal computer (PC) products, embedded flash products, graphics, wafers and other electronic products. The Company operates its businesses within domestic market and in overseas markets.
