Spatial Bio Technology Inc., Twin Peaks Co., Ltd, GD Finder Co., Ltd., and JCOM Holdings entered into a stock transfer agreement to acquire 57.71% stake in Wintec Co., Ltd. (KOSDAQ:A320000) from EO Technics Co., Ltd. (KOSDAQ:A039030), Yoon Han-jong, Kim Dong-hyun, and Ryu Deuk-hyeon for KRW 50.56 billion on March 14, 2023. The date of closing of the transaction is the full payment of the transfer fee and delivery of the transfer stock on the premise that all prerequisites for the transaction termination in the stock transfer contract are met. Scheduled date of change is March 31, 2023.
