Spatial Biotechnology Co., Ltd. agreed to acquire a 34.19% stake in Wintec Co., Ltd. (KOSDAQ:A320000) from EO Technics Co., Ltd. (KOSDAQ:A039030) for KRW 31 billion on March 14, 2023. The transaction will be financed by borrowings for KRW 3.1 billion. The transaction is The offer per share is KRW 4,000. Transaction is expected to close on March 30, 2023. As of March 30, 2023, the transaction is expected to close on April 13, 2023. As of April 12, 2023, the transaction is expected to close on April 12, 2023.
Spatial Biotechnology Co., Ltd. completed the acquisition of 34.19% stake in Wintec Co., Ltd. (KOSDAQ:A320000) from EO Technics Co., Ltd. (KOSDAQ:A039030) on April 12, 2023. Spatial Biotechnology Co., Ltd financed the entire amount of transaction through Debt from Mob Asia Co., Ltd.
Wintec Co Ltd, formerly Hana Financial Thirteen Special Purpose Acquisition Co, is a Korea-based company mainly engaged in the development and manufacture of flat panel display (FPD) and microchip visual inspection devices.
