Wizz Air Holdings plc Announces Resignation of Maria Kyriacou as Independent Non-Executive Director, Effective July 27, 2021

Wizz Air Holdings Plc announced that Maria Kyriacou has informed the Company that she will not be available for re-election at the AGM and she will retire from the Board effective 27 July. Maria was appointed as an independent Non-Executive Director in September 2018.
