The Ceramic segment provides ceramic products, which are used for semiconductors, automobiles, electronics, light-emitting diodes (LEDs) and other industries. The Lamp segment provides lamps, such as excimer lamps. The Cleaning segment manufactures and sells precision parts used in the semiconductor cleaning business. The Company distributes its products in domestic and overseas markets.
