Appointment and resignation of Company Secretary
Woolworths Group is pleased to announce the appointment of Kate Eastoe and Michelle Hall each as Company Secretary, effective today.
Kate and Michelle will each be responsible for communications with the ASX under Listing Rule 12.6.
They replace Marcin Firek as Company Secretary, who resigns effective today following his appointment to the position of Director People Reward, Risk and Compliance. The Board thanks Marcin for his support as Company Secretary.
