Chief Financial Officer gives notice of retirement

Tom Honan, Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Worley Limited (Worley), will retire after a long and successful career with ASX listed entities culminating in five years of service to Worley. Tom will remain in the role of CFO as Worley undertakes a global executive search and will support the transition process until the end of this financial year.

Tom joined Worley in late 2015 and has made a significant contribution since then, transforming both the finance and group functions. Tom's leadership in driving change as well as his experience in the management of complex major systems has been invaluable.

Tom Honan said "I'd like to thank the Worley Board and the Worley leadership, especially Chris Ashton and Andrew Wood, for their support over the past five years. I would also like to acknowledge the remarkable team I have led at Worley for their hard work, innovation and patience as we contributed to the transformation of this great Australian based global company. I've had the privilege of leading the finance teams of three great Australian companies, all global leaders in their chosen markets, and I now look forward to perhaps a quieter life."

He has provided expert financial leadership through challenging markets and led multiple value accretive acquisitions, most notably the Energy, Chemicals and Resources (ECR) division of Jacobs. Tom has been instrumental in positioning Worley as a global leader in its markets. I thank Tom for his service to Worley and his personal support to the entire leadership group, but especially to me as I stepped into the CEO role."
