Wuhan Hanyang Holding Group Co., Ltd signed free transfer agreement to acquire 35.01% stake in Wuhan Hanshang Group Co.,Ltd. (SHSE:600774) from Wuhan Hanyang District State-owned Assets Supervision & Administration Office for CNY 0 on July 1, 2019. On July 1, 2019, the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of Wuhan agreed to the transaction. The transaction is exempted from an approval by China Securities Regulatory Commission Administrative.
