Hainan Gaotu Network Technology Co., Ltd. announced that it will received CNY 110 million in an equity round of funding on October 27, 2022. The transaction will include participation from returning investors, Wuxi Boton Technology Co., Ltd. for CNY 77 million and Wuxi Boton Investment Co., Ltd. for CNY 33 million. The transaction has been reviewed and approved in the twelfth meeting of the fifth board of directors.
The company's registered capital will increase to CNY 160 million.
