Wuxi Boton Intelligent IoT Technology Co., Ltd. announced a private placement of common shares for gross proceeds of CNY 36,586,000 on November 12, 2021. The transaction will involve participation from returning investor Wuxi Boton Technology Co., Ltd. and Wang Hong. Post the closing, the registered capital will increase from CNY 55,814,000 to CNY 100,000,000. The transaction has been approved by the board of directors of Wuxi Boton Technology Co., Ltd. in its 5th meeting of it?s 5th directorate and does not need its shareholders? approval.
