Hainan Meta-Universe Technology Co., Ltd. announced that it will receive CNY 50 million in equity round of funding on July 30, 2021. The transaction will include participation from existing investor Wuxi Boton Technology Co., Ltd. to retain its 100% stake. Upon closing, the registered capital of the company will increase from CNY 10 million to CNY 50 million. The transaction has been reviewed and approved in the second meeting of the fifth board of directors of investors.
WUXI BOTON TECHNOLOGY.,LTD., formerly Wuxi Boton Belt Co., Ltd., is a China-based company principally engaged in the releasing and operation of mobile online games. The Company mainly operates through two business segments. The Mobile Online Game segment is mainly involved in the releasing and operation of various types of mobile online games, including war strategy games, role-playing games, leisure sports games, simulation games, Massively Multiplayer Online (MMO) games and Multiplayer Online Battle Arena (MOBA) games, among others.
