Xilong Scientific Co., Ltd. (SZSE:002584) agreed to acquire Xintai Yinghe New Energy Materials Co., Ltd. from Huang Yong, Lin Limin, Zeng Qingjun and Zeng Shihua for approximately CNY 14 million on March 28, 2022. As of December 31, 2021, the Xintai Yinghe New Energy Materials has total assets of CNY 33.6004 million and net assets of CNY 6.0284 million, in 2021, it will achieve operating income of CNY 22.7036 million, net profit of CNY -621,300 and The audited shareholders' equity of the target company is CNY 6,028,385.56. The transaction has been approved at the thirteenth meeting of the fifth Board of Directors of Xilong Scientific.
XILONG SCIENTIFIC CO.,LTD., formerly XILONG CHEMICAL CO.,LTD., is principally engaged in the research, development, production and sale of chemical reagents. The Company primarily provides general chemical reagents, including ammonia water, sodium hydroxide, sulfuric acid, nitric acid, carbinol and ethanol; chemical reagents for printed circuit boards (PCBs), as well as super clean high purity chemical reagents.
