XP Factory PLC - entertainment company formerly known as Escape Hunt - Expects to report revenue of GBP21.9 million for 2022, up significantly from GBP7.0 million in 2021. Adjusted earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortisation are expected to be GBP2.6 million in line with expectations and up from GBP100,000. Sales for Escape Hunt unit rise by 64% to GBP9.9 million for the year.

Chief Executive Richard Harpham says: "2022 has been a transformational year. We are delighted to have achieved our target of having 27 Boom Battle Bar sites open by the end of 2022 together with the further expansion of our Escape Hunt network."

XP Factory had said in September that revenue multiplied to GBP8.1 million for the six months to June 30 from GBP1.2 million. Loss before taxation was GBP3.3 million, compared to GBP2.3 million a year before.
