Notice of Change of Concurrent Positions Held by Executive Director

XYMAX REIT Investment Corporation (hereinafter "XYMAX REIT") announces today that its Executive Director, Nobuhito Inatsuki, who also served as Representative Director and President of XYMAX REAL ESTATE INVESTMENT ADVISORS Corporation (hereinafter the "Asset Management Company"), which is entrusted with the management of the assets of XYMAXREITretiredon April 1, 2021(Note)andwas appointed as ExecutiveOfficer of XYMAX Corporation, the parent company of the Asset Management Company, on the same day.

Nobuhito Inatsuki has not been involved in any operations of the Asset Management Company since his appointment as an Executive Officer of XYMAX Corporation.

All filings and other procedures required under the Financial Instruments and Exchange Act, Building Lots and Buildings Transaction Business Act and other applicable laws and regulations will be made.
